What to expect

Supported Living

  1. Complete the online form , or request a form from our admin team at admin@unitehighlandcare.co.uk 

  2. A Manager contacts the client and family to arrange an assessment appointment

  3. An in-person assessment is conducted.

  4. The prospective client visits our house to view the property and discuss room options.

  5. We can arrange for the client to have some tester nights at the house., if they are happy, we will support the process for the client to move in

  6. Referral to admission takes approximately two/three weeks (for private funding)

  2. The assessment and care plan are devised and signed off

  3. The Home care service begins
